Rougui Oolong Tea, originating from the core rock production area of Wuyi Mountain, Fujian, is a core category of Wuyi Rock Tea, named for its cinnamon-like aroma. Adopting semi-fermentation technology, it has tight and neat strips with brownish-red and oily luster; the aroma is high and rich, with prominent cinnamon fragrance mixed with rock rhyme, long-lasting; the tea soup is bright orange-yellow, mellow and smooth in taste, with obvious rock rhyme, sweet aftertaste and fluid production, no bitterness and astringency, and good steeping resistance. Following the traditional Wuyi charcoal roasting process, it is refined through multiple procedures with stable quality.
